Contact
Three addresses, not one form. They go to different people, and a form that silently fails is worse than an address.
Support
[email protected]Something is not working, or you want to know whether Orbities does a particular thing. Tell us what phone it is and what the app’s Location Health screen says.
Privacy
[email protected]A question or complaint about your data. Most requests — seeing what we hold, exporting it, deleting it, reading who has looked at your location — you can do yourself in the app without writing to anybody.
Security
[email protected]You have found a flaw. We acknowledge within two business days, and we will not pursue anybody who reports one in good faith and gives us a chance to fix it.
Who you are writing to
180 Degrees IT Solutions Pty Ltd, trading as Orbities, in Queensland, Australia. Your data is stored in Brisbane, Queensland.
We are a small team, so replies come from a person rather than a queue — usually within a business day.
Before you write
Most questions are answered on the support page, and the most common one by a distance — a phone that has stopped reporting — is answered by the app itself, in Location Health, which names the exact setting on that handset.
If you want to know whether an outage is ours, the status page says so outright and needs no sign-in.
In an emergency
Call 000. Orbities is not an emergency service and nobody here monitors alerts. Writing to us in an emergency will not reach anybody in time.
